Located in southeastern Cumberland County, Peartree has been
favorable with those who like the town of Hope Mills. Because it is
just outside of the city limits of Hope Mills, it still has a country
feeling. Homes in this subdivision have sold pretty quickly due to the
large square footage (1,500 - 2,300) starting  at $140K. Also, many
residents like the decorated Jack Britt High School and just a short
