This great building team was founded in 1995 by the conjoined efforts and mutual
aspirations by Watson Caviness and Chris Cates. Both are graduates of the University of
North Carolina at Wilmington. Soon after graduating they both pursued and received their
licenses to be general contractors in North Carolina. Since opening their company they
have formed and lead a great team to help them become one of the prominent builders in
Fayetteville and the surrounding areas today. They believe that every homeowner deserves
an affordably priced, attractive new home, without sacrificing quality.
